File format invalid citizenship application

I have filled up the form for citizenship. All my docs are in pdf form and photo in jpg file extension .jpg .pdf. All files below 2 MB. But while uploading, I’m getting an error message file extn not valid

Check carefully if any file has double extensions of different type, etc
Also check what is the file format that is allowed to be uploaded

Thanks for the prompt reply. My file names were not in the required format. They had dots and other special characters. After removing these in the file names, I could upload files
