Hello,
My wife started teaching at a school and since she started all she has had is nothing but stress, she has a degree in psychology and is highly skilled in her work, she has worked for many schools and always had a good working relationship with the other schools and never had this problem . Then she started at this school, she has had nothing but stress and anxiety, she has done what they ask her to and no matter what she does the admin seems to say that's simply not good enough or the admin stated a few times repeating "your tests are traditional" and tells my wife to change the tests over and over. I would say that my wife is highly educated and its seems to me that they are just treating her and one more teacher quite disgustingly, I know a bit about law in the UK but not the Philippines, they state that in the contract that if she leaves the job she has to pay some form of fee which to me seems that they are acting not in accordance to contract law, apart from speaking to an attorney is there any guidelines these schools have to go with or in employment contracts any level standings regarding dealing with these types of schools just to get an idea, i looked around but the laws of the Philippines seem to be all over the place meaning in favor of the employer and not the employee's rights.. Thank you for reading.

Re: Help regarding bad conduct within schools
You do realize this is a Singapore based forum, not the Philippines. Maybe you should direct your queries to some forum based there.

You need to seek legal advice in the Philippines. Where I have seen this before in other countries the situation was able to be resolved but I know nothing about the Philippines except that their food isn't fit for dogs.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
