Be thankful for us moderators else you would be seeing hundreds, if not '000's of them. That's what we do. Thread cleaners. After a little while you get to be able to understand their stupid speech patterns and the fact that rarely do they make any sense in the thread they are posting in. Then, if not sure, we just check the IP address and when it comes from India or Pakistan or VN 99% of the time it's spam.

Actually, the reason, much to your great dismay, has nothing at all to do with this site or those of us who clean up the trash and clear out the trolls. It has everything to do with the fact that the expat community (Western types) in Singapore is downsizing at a rapid rate. That is also why rentals are widely negotiable now as well. No western expats or companies paying the inflated rates of the past. Sadly, though, the spammers from some of our S.E.Asian neighbours its a never ending game and we are still better than AI for this function.

Well, there you go. You are wrong on at least two counts. This one doesn't and neither does another that I have frequented for the past 11 years down in Aus. We have occasionally had western trolls on here in the past. Being trollish isn't a country specific thing and frankly speaking, you are nothing new or particularly exciting.
