Hokkaido resort (Nov/Dec)

Has anyone been to Hokkaido and can recommend a nice ski resort? Looking for one with these requirements:

- convenient, ie: provide shuttle service from airport (and vice-versa) to resort preferably not more than 90 mins
- a lot of restaurants available and preferably no pre-booking required( I have heard from friends many restaurants can be fully booked due to the fact there are not many restaurants available)
- good ski school
- other amenities a bonus (ie: indoor pool, rock climbing, shops etc).
