Previously I had actually enroll Private. However I have fail my practical twice. But most of my friends that took School pass with just 1 practical time. They say, school stands a higher chance than taking private and there is a quota for student that pass. Is this true?
Should I go for school instead this time? Any full payment need to be done if I am taking school? What are the procedure and difference actually?
