Hey Joeyy

You can tell your friend to maybe consider having IVF or IUI. but bear in mind that she has to be very patient. Would also recommend gynae Dr Kelly Loi at Health & Fertility Centre for Women

You should ask her and her husband to see an reproductive endocrinologist in singapore. they would advise on what to do next.

Ask the Husband to check sperm quality?

That can be a big concern

BBCDoc, boy could I tell you a story! I now have two grandsons. But yeah, a low sperm count cannot be ruled out, that's for sure. And guys are loath to admit that or ED. But they brag about Vasectomies, go figure! LOL

Whenever they go to a gynae for fertility issues, semen analysis is one of the test that is done at the very early stage.
