Hi, I am currently on a dependent pass on my husband's EP. My previous company in Germany wants me to do global projects for them while i'm living in Singapore. Can do so on a Dependent pass?

You can as long as you're not working with any Singaporean clients or colleagues. Essentially it must be work non-Singapore related.
My wife when we first came here, worked as you proposed. This was clarified with MOMs.
You cannot even go to the the companies office if they have one in Singapore and you need to still be hired/paid from abroad.
Your company if they have an office here in Singapore could potentially employ you with an EP or LOC which will give you total freedom.

Thank you, they don't have any presence in Singapore and the work is non Singapore related. Do I have to inform MoM regarding this before I take the offer?

You don't need to inform MOMs.
My wife spoke with MOMs as the company she worked for have presence here in Singapore and she wanted to be totally clear about the situation, which MOMs re-assured her it was fine as she was working only with European clients.

However, you may still need to report your earning to IRAS if you are performing some of the work IN Singapore. Check with IRAS for more details.

You are required to report your income to IRAS as you have resident status and are earning income. Obviously, IRAS will have no easy way of verifying if you don't, but that's the law.

She's posting willy-nilly all over the place. I hope MOM & ICA haven't been watching this space lately (as they have always done - I'm proof of that) as I'm beginning to think something is shady.
