Just dieting? Any exercise?
Just dieting. Actually a misnomer as I've only just cut out the snacking with the sole exception of occasional self-fried Emping (without any condiments, e.g. salt or whatever. Maybe 3 days a week. I like 'em and they also tend to act as a natural diuretic for some reason. Never could find any literature to support the diuretic action of belinja nuts but they have a heap of other benefits as well (the 1st 12 years in S.E. Asia were spent the length & breadth of Indonesia. Learned to eat it over there been eating it every since. I'd take a bowl of those over chips, nachos or any other processed snack anytime. https://healthybenefits.info/health-ben ... um-gnemon/. Works for me. Oh, this morning down to 71.0 kg. Heading for the basement. (My diet works. Full Stop.) Nothing Tastes as good as THIN feels. I'm in my 32" cargo shorts without even having to pull it together to fasten.

Good for you SMS, though you must've been eating a boatload of snacks for it to make such a difference without.

Sorry for the late reply, I know I promise you last week.

I share with you my personal experience. I had issues slimming down as well partly due to thyroid issues which the doctor told me I will put on weight easily. I tried all kinds of slimming methods, meal replacements, exercising, intermittent fasting, keto diet, slimming centers, nu skin, and acupuncture. During the initial stage, my weight did go down a bit but it always rebounded higher. From 68kg, I rebounded to 72, and so on until 85 kg. I really really already given up hope.
The more I tried, the heavier I became. Until my friend highly recommended reboott. I didn't want to go at first but due to her insistence and pressure, I gave in. I went for the consultation and they gave me a guarantee. If I do not slim down by 10kg, they will refund whatever I paid. They ran some test to understand my body, took some of my hair for analysis as well.
Long story short, they gave me some supplements and also send me food. I lost about 20kg in 3 months. They gave me real proper food with fruits, no meal replacements, no exercise required. Just eat and sleep which sits very well with me. :D:p
At first it takes a while to get use to the food as there won't be fries or burgers which is my staple diet but it is still quite tasty, nothing bland or nasty.

I completed 8 months ago and still pretty amazed by the results although rebounded 2-3kg and hovering around 67 to 68kg because I have been traveling around to places like Japan, Europe and eating all the nice food. I'm not perfect but I think this works for me. The good part I do not need medication for my high blood pressure anymore.

Hihi

Interesting, thank you for your reply.

Can you share the company's name or website for the good of everyone who may be interested as well?
Hope this does not get me banned! I cannot remember the company's exact name but I do have the website address. Here you go www.reboott.co. Just approach them directly. Hope they can help you as much as I do. :D

Wow, they really do advertise weight loss or your money back. Maybe I'll go and put a bunch of weights in my pockets when I do the final weigh in.

intermittent fasting hands down. Started at 72kg and maintained 62kg for 2 years already. I'm 5'7". Also reduce sugar, carbs and that's it.

Went also for workouts and this added the nice curves and "packs" i have dreamt of before lol

You're female, right? Curves screams woman but packs threw me off.

For the last 3 weeks, I had been trying to cut down on my weight. My weight has been like a yoyo up and down easily even with trying to diet.

I basically skipped most carbs during dinner. ie: rice, pasta, noodles. Also, stopped frappe drinks from Starbucks. I used to buy 2-3 times a week. When out, I would not order Coke and would just buy a mineral water. Waistline didn't seem as thick as before...weight went down by 1-2 kg.

Gonna keep trying by conscious eating this time round.
