I share with you my personal experience. I had issues slimming down as well partly due to thyroid issues which the doctor told me I will put on weight easily. I tried all kinds of slimming methods, meal replacements, exercising, intermittent fasting, keto diet, slimming centers, nu skin, and acupuncture. During the initial stage, my weight did go down a bit but it always rebounded higher. From 68kg, I rebounded to 72, and so on until 85 kg. I really really already given up hope.

The more I tried, the heavier I became. Until my friend highly recommended reboott. I didn't want to go at first but due to her insistence and pressure, I gave in. At first it takes a while to get use to the food as there won't be fries or burgers which is my staple diet but it is still quite tasty, nothing bland or nasty.
I completed 8 months ago and still pretty amazed by the results although rebounded 2-3kg and hovering around 67 to 68kg because I have been traveling around to places like Japan, Europe and eating all the nice food. I'm not perfect but I think this works for me. The good part I do not need medication for my high blood pressure anymore.
