You're not likely going to be able to convince her to stop drinking it.NamanJohnson wrote: ↑Thu, 07 Nov 2019 5:43 pmhello everyone,
I have a friend who really wants to lose weight. Her diet isn't great, but its not terrible (food-wise), and she does go to the gym occasionally. Her biggest issue: she's addicted to mountain dew. I am convinced that if she just cut that out of her diet and changed nothing else she would drop at least 10lbs...
thanks and regards

I been here a long, long time and know lots who have tried and failed, some over and over. When I decided to do my diet 11 years ago, the clinic also confirmed the problem. The locals (which was the vast majority of their clientele) would deviate almost every week by eating rice which was not allowed as well as the other white starches. When it comes to eating, they haven't much, if any, will power.
Man u just wake up or going to bed like me? 3am reply herecowolter wrote: ↑Mon, 30 Mar 2020 2:53 amMy nemesis is social eating and bored eating. Constant catered lunches, going out, carry ins, etc. at work that I can't always decline and I'm honestly happy not to have to deal with that for awhile. Once I get into a groove, I have no trouble keeping to calories if there isn't anything social going on. That's always what trips me.
