Hello everyone,
I hope, here can us be helped, because we have a few questions.
My girlfriend (a local SC) and I have applied for the PMLA a few days ago.
If the application for PMLA is granted, we will receive the LLE (Letter of LTVP Eligibility).
Q1: With the LLE I'm allowed to stay here for 1 year in Singapore (the LLE is valid for 1 year)?
Q2: With the LLE I am also able to travel to / from Malaysia to visit her parents?
Q3: with the LLE, can I apply for a job? Or does the company (as before) have to
request an EP for me?
These topics is not very clear for us.
Later with the LOC (when I have the LTVP) I know.........this will be different.
Best regards

You can use the LLE only after marriage. So, you cant stay with valid LLE in Singapore for 1 year. It means as long as you apply with the LLE for LTVP, it will be approved.
You cant use the LLE to work in Singapore
Re: PMLA and LLE........questions
Hi,
Ah....
I am an IT Cloud specialist from Germany (middle of his fiftys)
So what I understand:
1.) request for PMLA
2.) you may get an LLE
3.) this is ONLY neccassary for applying the LVTP
4.) if you have the LTVP, the company can get the LOC for my work (no EP needed anymore)
Is this correct?
That means - until our marriage, I only can work with an EP?
Without the EP I am only alllowed to stay 90 days (tourist visum)?
Best regards

Not sure how easy is PMLA going to be for you, if you are in the middle of 50's. Good Luck !
