Thinkin of opening a shop selling musical instruments and later perhaps some sort of a music school. Feasible in Singpare?

Should be feasible since many kids in schools study music and musical instruments, so parents would need to be instruments or have coaches to teach. Rental is a killer, so perhaps a location with reasonable human traffic and not too expensive on rent.
