Singapore Expats

My partner and I would like to immigrate to Singapore to work. We are Vietnamese citizens and work as Software developer {Sanitized by moderator} and QA Tester in Vietnam. We would like to find employment before leaving and plan to visit for interviews before we relocate. What is the best way to proceed? Also are there any Developers here that can advise on the work/life balance?
