Post by JuhoLääkkölä » Tue, 24 Sep 2019 6:15 pm

Dear all, looking for an answer is it possible to get PEP care still even after last day of notice please? I have made e-application but it will be close since I only have 6 weeks time totally maybe 7 weeks. So what law says please? Thanks in advance!

If your EP is cancelled and you last worked in SG, I dont think you can get is.

Because below is the eligibility

An Employment Pass holder earning a fixed monthly salary of at least $12,000. I think you must still be employed.

I applied for a PEP during my notice period (in 2016) and received it after ending my employment and having my EP canceled. They may have changed the rules in the meantime, but it worked fine then.
