On what grounds will you appeal? Wait for another 2-3 years and apply again.

I will appeal on following-

1). my family bonding and extended family
2). what all social service I am doing
3). support from my local colleagues
4). Interest

Sorry to say, the above wont surely help. If the above was important, they would have had separate sections in the PR application, asking you to give details?

Which means, prchecker is going to reapply or appeal and then when he's rejected again he 'might' understand.

You would understand that what singaporeflyer told you initially was probably correct and you wasted another 6 months or more by applying or appealing without anything relevant or waiting an additional 2 years. "there" not "their" 🤪
