Ecu, if most local folks in this country look for a job where one of the top-desired thing is to have the title of manager on their business card, how all the Mangers suppose to earn a corresponding (under normal circumstances) salary?

$5k++ is considered a lot for most singaporeans. Some reach 40+ years old, still havent reach that level.
