VPN and proxies are very common nowadays, some browsers even bundled with built-in VPN.
I wouldn't be too concerned about the IP locations.
It is often possible to tell if the IP address in question is a proxy. This one isn't, and most Vietnam IP's that post here are not.
Proxies and VPN are not that common, in fact, for the posters on this board, it doesn't amount to 1 in 25, and for sure, having a VPN server in Romania or Vietnam is not a way to get yourself through firewalls. Why? Because tons of IP's from eastern Europe, Vietnam, and India are on blacklists. Are you willing to trust a proxy or VPN server in Vietnam? Or Romania? Or India?
And finally, if this is a legitimate poster, he/she would respond about his/her location. It has happened occasionally before. But this poster is silent.
You want to know what will happen in a typical situation where the post is left alone? One of two things:
a) First, some "buddy" in Vietnam will post as another "American" who just happens to have the product, with a SEO link of course.
b) Or, this post will sit here, aging from one month to maybe three or four. Then the OP will be back and will change the original post to completely Vietnamese or English text, with SEO links.
If you want to bet this post is a VPN/proxy generated IP by a Singapore resident, I'd be happy to take the other side of that bet.
