Entry to Singapore with IPA Letter

Hi Mates,

I have IPA Letter in my hand after my EP was approved.
My current Employer will cancel my current Pass in September and I will get STVP.
My Plan is I'm going back to my country for a visit and will return to Singapore.
New Employer said they will issue my new Pass once I back to SG.

When I return to SG, I can enter worry free only with IPA Letter, just wanna confirm ??
