hello, hello!
2 short questions for the super useful and knowledgeable people here; I want to be hired by a consulting firm, my salary will depend on what I bring to the business. I have currently an EP with another company. I am wondering whether LOC or EP is best (note my partner has a very stable job, I dont need the stability offered by an EP to stay in Singapore).
Can I apply for a LOC without cancelling my current EP first? (I know this is possible for EP but cannot find the information for LOC)
If the employer declare a salary of 6.6k with a LOC, is the employer forced to send me exactly 6k each month? can it be less? what are my obligations in terms of income tax?
I have the same question for an EP, to decide whether the employer should ask for an EP or LOC
Many thanks for your kind help!
