And, you've already figured out that either skill isn't particularly transferable in its current form.
If you can write, you could use your experience to tell others how to play casino games. Of course, there are already a million people with books about how to play and win in casinos, and unless you are a dunce, you know this is not true... over the long haul, you cannot win.
You could write a book about becoming a casino dealer... what it takes, what it pays, how to apply, what is good and bad. The problem here is that not a whole lot of people want to become casino dealers... you will have a limited market.
So... how about your customer interaction skills. Do you work well with the people at the tables. Do you chat with them? You might ought to consider a sales job. If you are a good card mechanic, you might try your luck at becoming a magician.
