Married to who? SC? SPR? Any child?
What’s your profile? Race and nationality? Age? How long have you been in SG?
How long will it take? Maybe 6 months, maybe 1 year or as long as ICA needs to vet your case. How long is a piece of string?

Maybe up to 18 to 24 months. If you are working on an LoC probably slim to zero chance of approval.

Were you previously on a S pass? EP? Did your employer make you convert to an LoC after you got married to a local.

My previous comment stands. I had a similar instance in my own office and she was rejected 2x now. She has left her position with the company in March when I retired so don't know what her current status is. She was my accounts clerk and had been with me for 5 years.

Same here, my application pending for going to 8mths. But still no confidence to get approved as a lot of people got rejected even wait for more than a year. I've been in Sg for 11 years now and still holding Spass.

You have to move/upgrade yourself to E Pass to have a fair chance.

At the moment, based on what you have said, your chance is low when you are in S Pass. What do you work as? and what is your education? Salary?
