Jokes apart - to answer your questions:
1.) Dont worry - u wont be sent back to India. It depends on the health problem you suffer from. Certain health concerns are minor in nature and do not impact your employment.
2.) Yes your health problem would be made aware to the HR department in your company and then potentially to your boss.
