epass status not change withdrawn to pending

1st ep applied 7.3.19 approved-15.3.19..
then i went to singapore, 1week after i returned to india for emergency reason.
the status -- withdrawn.
2nd ep applied 5.8.19 by same employer, they sent screenshot of my new ep application with pending status.. now 10days passed still in eponline shows old status (withdrawn)..isn't change to pending. my employer side no response..they said only wait..
1.Is the status change to pending or not??
2.Is any chances directly to get approved result in eponline?(status without change to pending)..
today i asked my employer,they replied like,
your old status (withdrawn) will not change to pending .. when will the new application get approved , you can see the approved status only
1.the above is it true or not??
than employer said my status is now in pending in employer portal 2.(employer login to eponline with singpass to see my application status)) Is also true or not???
please clarify... previous status change or not??

Your employer might have withdrawn it again? Why not wait for some more time to get some clarity?

Even your employer has asked to wait. But you are not able to follow their advise. What else can we do?

No one here can tell you anything like whether it will go directly to Approved/Rejected, etc.

She is asking that till the new application gets approved, whether EPOL will show only the old application status as WITHDRAWN?

Your old application and new application will have different application numbers. The application number with start with the year/month/date in it. With this information you should be able to clearly say if that is your old application that is showing as withdrawn or if your new application is withdrawn.

Your employer/agent will also have the application number. THEY, not you can easily check the latest status with the application number.

thanks singsporeflyer.. but i have new application number.. it shows no record found in epol..when i put passport num& date of birth it shows old record (withdrawn).
but employer sent new application(5.8.19) pending status in his portal. its also like epol portal only shows foreigner's particulars..
now 15 days passed.. till not get new application status.. in this forum all are seen status within a week or less.. but my case ??

Hi Viniha,

Once MOM update in the system, the record will be shown with status "pending". I guess MOM didn't yet update in the system and application still under review. You should wait for some time.

This is not strange. I have heard/seen about this before.

I cant say if it will be pending and then the final result or directly to the final result.

Normal processing time is nowadays 2-4 weeks. We have heard about cases which went to 3 months also. So, you cant rush.

if i sent feedback form to mom,
1. its a remark or it will affect my application process
2. any messages sent to employer about my queries by mom..
