Which bank/instutition/money lender best to take loan with lowest interest

Qns1)I jus move to resale house..i don wan to sign up reno loan(exple 35k)..i wan to use the loan money to make up my house myself..i stil new in loan..i wan to have lowest interest and oso benefit,flexible in paying back etc

Qns2)wat if smething happen like death or disability?..wil it b waive off or they wil find other ppl to pay it..or is there loan insurance like hdb loan insurance

What do you plan on using as collateral for the loan?

I not sure..u mean they can take my home things if i unable to pay e loan

Depends on where you get the loan from and whether they collateralise your home ...
