Producing fake mom ipa letter

A man from india who is working in singapore under s pass, who cheated around 10 people in india by producing fake mom ipa letter that every one have job in singapore and got lot of money from them. He even edited singopere mom emblem ,will singapore government will take action on him. Please answer asap it will be safe to gaurd others life before get cheated. These cheaters should be stopped before cheating others . I need some legal advice.

Report it to the police and directly to MOM.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
