apartments near slf podium

Hi,

my prospective office is situated on Thomson Road,#02-01 SLF Podium,
298137. I am looking at renting a condo/apartment close by. Could you pls tell me how much i should budget for and roughly which neighbourhood/district should i be looking at to live in.

I went thro the rental property website and got thoroughly confused ( this could also be attributed to my geographical ignorance ) as everything is listed under districts and am not sure as to where SLF Podium falls under.

SLF Building is in district 11.
