Got a job at HCI Singapore

Hi,

I got a job at HCI Singapore as Software Engineer. Glassdoor reviews regarding HCI Singapore are really really bad. I am wondering whether I should go for it or not.

Some bad things I read about are:

- No work life balance
- Low pay
- Work over the weekend
- Work politics
- Managers do not care about their team mates
- HR do not care about the employees

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Basically, that sounds like every company in Singapore.

Where are you from?

There's no point having PR if you're not in Singapore. On your first PR you should however get an REP of 5 years which gives you some time to move...
