So I first worked for a company in Singapore which has a toxic working environment resulting in high turnover. I was terminated at the end of my 3-month probation but luckily I have already secured a job.
I was very motivated in my second job, however, I realized that there is an expectation mismatch in terms of skillset. In the interview, I told them that I am good at this particular area, however I need to work with a designer in order to showcase my talent. But their company doesnt have designer, so they expect me to fill in the role of designer as well, which is not made known to me during the interview. I was asked to leave and tender my resignation in the end after one month into work.
I am so petrified now. I was on EP and now it got canceled and I am jobless again. I cant really handle this uncertainty. Really need advise on what should I do now. Do you think MOM will approve my EP for my new job(which would be the third one, and if I am in luck to get a new job)?Anyone has similar experience ?

Let's put it this way, if you are applying for another position in Singapore, you better as the employer will find out anyway when they apply for your next work pass. When that happens, guess what.

Any idea whether getting a third job in 5 months will affect EP application?sundaymorningstaple wrote: ↑Wed, 17 Jul 2019 12:18 pmLet's put it this way, if you are applying for another position in Singapore, you better as the employer will find out anyway when they apply for your next work pass. It shouldn't, but that's not saying it won't. Don't really, know. After you apply, let us know of the outcome.
