I know a guy in the USA but not Singapore... personally if you need top quality you probably won't find it here.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

I have no idea where you can get it done in Singapore but I do know that you cannot print gray onto a metal plate. If you want something to look gray, it must be halftoned dotted, like newspaper photos, to create the effect. So, a color photo is first gray-scaled, then halftone plates are made for etching the metal.

Ahhh... coated aluminum... photo stock on a hard back metal plate. Not a photo on a metal plate.
