A very large oversupply in Singapore...
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles ... oversupply
The last line doesn't make a lot of sense unless it is to imply that no one is buying.
At least the
property curbs that Singapore introduced almost a year ago to cool the market appear to have well and truly taken effect.

No one is buying (at least in the used market - the new
condo launches have had some excitement but that's always the case and the number of unsettles properties has been rising which means people are regretting new purchases made in haste). There are two places for sale where I am that have had maybe one viewer in 6 months. I'm expecting a price collapse to occur if this goes on esp as Sibor and hence mortgage rates are creeeping up (mine is up 1% year on year). At least the taxes can be reduced or fine tuned I suppose.
