Post by MacKelly » Thu, 04 Jul 2019 8:46 am

Hi there, I am planning to apply for a new PR, I am an ex PR who renounced my PR since 2010, one question prompted me to proceed with second thoughts, btw, I am holding an EPASS here in Singapore and a perma staff in my company, below is my question would help a lot on my decision.

1. If I apply, does the governemnt require me to return the CPF that I withdraw when I renounced?

Yes, with interest.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
