My case is like this:
I worked in company A for 11 months and early in this Jun i was fired by my boss because during this period i keep taking leave for interview (i thk my boss sensed it). Luckily company B hired me and give me the offer email. They saying my current application still under processing but I couldn't find any status update on MOM site and already passed 1 weeks after this post.
1. Is there any possible my ex employer backstab me at mom and new employer can discovered (except calling them)?
2. How long for a malaysian to renew their EP switching from company A to B(Im EP holder previously, new job is same field and salary higher than before).
3. I already received offer email from company A, they won't retract the offer ei? (they are big company fyi)

LTVP is only good for one year. Must be renewed annually. Normal term for LTVP is 3 or 6 months.
