Hello off topic, we applied pr as family last May, when we checked, our kids application is still pending but with IC already..is it just normal to have IC under their application?

What IC? NRIC?

You mean parents application are pending but kid has IC generated and displayed already?

Watershed elections year to be precise, and the 2 years that follow or maybe more.

Since you've been here since 2009, you would have seen the PR approval rates for the year leading up to 2011 and the aftermath of that first watershed election, if you bothered to follow the local news at all.

Any updates on this? I am in the same boat - pending with assigned NRIC. Wondering if it means anything.
