Anyone here has experienced having a doula or would anyone consider having one?
What do you think of it? It's a Doula for the first trimester instead of the last trimester. Like having someone to chat, call or meet in person or anonymously about any concerns at the beginning. Instead of doing hours of research on my own.
I'd like to know if you think this might be worth looking into. How was your experience during the first trimester? Did you wish you had an app like this? It just because there is a lot of information online and sometimes I don't know which one to follow. That's why I thought this might be something but would like to hear it from the expert moms
