I experience airways getting blocked up in the lungs often. Need to have a ginger tea to clear my lungs off phlegm.

The wierdest thing is the phlegm doesn't expel out/ there is no cold and cough either. No sickness either. Moreover it only happens in Singapore. Once i move out of Singapore, I doesn't experience this problem even if i have oily stuffs.

Always get a wierd sound of clearing/breaking phlegm from my throat, once i have ginger tea. I also avoid oily/cold stuffs for 2 years.

Consulted many doctors/specialists around Singapore & they say it occurs due to tropical climate. There isn't any asthma either.

Doctors gave me inhalers and montelukast tablets, but still the problem doesn't go away permanently.

Has anyone experienced any such problem and treated successfully ?

Singapore is lot cleaner than other places. I had problem due to pollutants when I was overseas and rightly as my doctor said once I moved to Singapore, the problem disappeared.

What you are saying looks strange !

I saw an article about asthma from this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Supratechnic.IQAir.Singapore/

they take the info from https://www.iqair.com/blog/asthma-aller ... 7I55BB3qPo

I'm not sure whether this product will help, but I think you can explore more in this. It seems good! Find out more first :) hope this can be a solution for you. Be blessed!

I've had this a while back after I had bronchitis. My doctor also gave me levoceterizine, montelukast and butamirate citrate to take for 1-2 weeks. I got well soon after but then I noticed that I keep coughing and sneezing while at work, but only in the office. I went to see Dr Lau Chee Chong then (my GP recommended an ENT specialist instead of pulmo this time) and found out I have allergic rhinitis. He prescribed me with antihistamines and just advised me to keep my workspace clear of dust, and that really helped a lot :D
