Student pass rejected

Hello All,

I'm on student pass in Singapore and my fiance also applied but his student pass is rejected they told it's due to course u selected it rejected and they re-applied but still same so we checked with other college they told it's rejected due to college didn't mention all information correctly so they re-apply 3rd time with all correct details but it's rejected now it's more then a month his student pass is rejected. He want to come to meet me so do you think his tourist pass will also reject? Should we wait more to apply for tourist visa? In 1-2 month if he get job in Singapore will it affect s-pass also? Please help us.
