Because I am now 20 years old if my age bypass 21 years old then I have to apply under myself :( ( 0 chance for me to stay with my Mother )

Nationality : Vietnam
I had certificate graduation of JC in vietnam
It is alright for me to go NS as Long as I can live with my Mother O:)

You don’t need a PR to stay with your mother. You can have LTVP or student pass to do so.

LTVP will be expired by the end of this year
after that i either no longer have LTVP or reapply for LTVP again
as for stundent pass i find it hard to hold on as well as work permit no chance at all
