PR & SC Success Story

Post by pipscase » Fri, 17 May 2019 3:18 am

Application for EP and DP in 2011 (for my wife and 3 children)
My age: 35
Race: Chinese
Qualification: Honours Degree from Malaysia University
Co-Curricular: 1. Commission as Second Lieutenant in Malaysia Army Reserve
2. Inter Varsity Games (Baseball)
Working Experience: 11 years in Malaysia

Spouse
Age: 36
Race: Chinese
Qualification: Honours Degree from Malaysia University
Co-Curricular: Inter Varsity Games (Ping Pong)
Working Experience: 10 years in Malaysia

Children
1. Daughter - 8 yrs old
2. Daughter - 6 yrs old
3. Son - 5 yrs old

My Employer is a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company in Malaysia

Position: Finance & Admin. Manager
Salary: $8500 per month

To my suprised my EP was approved and at the same time I was offered to apply for PR. In the Offer Letter it stated that if I apply for the PR my EP will be for the duration of 3 months pending for the PR process. So I submitted my PR application for myself, my wife and my 3 children and in less than 3 months I got my PR approved.

2 Years 3 Months Later (in 2013) Application For Citizenship For My Wife and 3 Children ( I didn't apply because I still have parents in Malaysia so I prefer a PR)

My Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Employer: A branch company from Canada
Basic + Commission: More than $15,000 per month

My Wife Position: Administration Executive
Salary: $3500 per month

All my children study in SG and we own a HDB flat

My wife and 3 children application was approved in 7 months.

Remarks:-
1. In my opinion maybe my Qualification, Co-Curricular and Working Experience (former Employers) play a part helping me to get the PR offer

2. The position and type of Company (big or small Company) also play a part helping me to get the PR offer

3. In my opinion my 3 children (Chinese) play a part too

4. Although I didn't apply for SC but our household income of more than $18000 per month is good enough for my wife and 3 children to get it approve.

What are you trying to say about SC? You mean, your family applied without you and they got it?

In anycase, since all of you are Malaysian and chinese, it is proven to be easy to get PR and SC.
