What is Appendix(VP) ?

In https://www.ica.gov.sg/pass/LTVP/pass_LTVP_apply_ssc website I can see the procedure for applying LTVP.

It says "You and your spouse will also need to complete Appendix (VP) giving consent for ICA to obtain and verify your financial information with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and/or the Central Provident Fund Board of Singapore (CPF)"

Where this form will be useful ? Do we need to submit at the time of applying LTVP online ?

I think it may have been replaced by the application in Part IV Declaration (the last paragraph).

"I give my consent for your department to obtain and verify information from or with any source as you deem appropriate for the assessment of my application for immigration facilities."

My bad (actually ICA bad). The link that they give is to the wrong form even though the link says Appendix (VP).

Here is an accurate link to said form which I would suspect would be needed to be submitted by iSubmit with the application.
