Living on Barker Road

I’m looking to rent a terrace house on Barker road and wanted to know a little bit about the community there. I have young kids and would like to connect with parents in the area. Also if some one can provide some insights on the traffic situation given the proximity to ACS school. Appreciate your help. Thanks
