Subsidiary Company Employee Apply PR Annex A

Hi all guys,

My company just changed to Subsidiary company (previously is branch) but it still the Foreign-owned.
So in the Annex A doesn't have any option to choose as Subsidiary. Only Rep office and Branch.

Can you guys help to let me know which option I should choose?

A wholly owned subsidiary is a standalone pte ltd in Singapore. It is neither a branch, nor a rep office. No distinction is required. For example, Dell Pte Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dell USA.

So it means I No need to choose branch or Rep Office. But I still need to choose as "Foreign-owned" option in the form, right?

the Form A has this area now as below



So for a subsidiary company that is 100% owned by a foreigner(s) and fully incorporated in Singapore as PTE LTD what would be the right combination?

Local owned + Regional/Rep
*OR*
just leave it as Foreign owned + don't answer the second column
