Lost passport - Can I enter and exit on my other one?

Hi,

I am fortunate enough to hold citizenship in 2 countries and hold 2 passports (and SG PR). My re-entry permit is tied to passport 1. I am unfortunate that I've lost passport 1.

I've checked on ICA website and can't shift my re-entry permit to my second passport as it's a different nationality.

Unfortunately ICA doesn't appear to have a contact centre I can phone and ask questions around this (unless someone knows a number I haven't found on the website).

Two questions:
1) Can I enter / exit Singapore on my second passport (I have a copy of the re-entry permit)
2) Is there someway I can get an emergency travel exception with my re-entry permit + 2nd passport?

Unfortunately as my first passport is lost and tomorrow is a PH, it's highly unlikely I'll be able to replace it before I have to leave next week.

Leave via the manned exit point (not the auto one) and explain the situation. Take a copy of your REP. Literally the only people you can often see from ICA are at the airport now

I have returned without my 1st passport as I accidently checked it in my lugguage. I wasnt sure if they would he as understanding if I left knowing I didnt have it.
