Address of Company & Place of Incorporation

Hi,
I'm applying for Singapore PR. I have some questions to enquire.
My boss registered his new company (TCC) many years ago using his old company (HCC) address in Hougang. I'm hired and working in this new company (TCC) in Tampines.

1) In Annex A form, there is a place where I'm required to indicate my company address and place of incorporation. Which address should I put for my company address and place of incorporation?

2)There is also another letter - employment confirmation letter required for the PR application.
Which address should I put?

Give it to your employer's HR and have them fill in the corporate particulars give you an employment confirmation letter. After all, they have to sign them. Doesn't make any sense to try to second guess the owner.

The company I working right now is a small company with few staffs. Therefore there is no HR can help.

The point is, if you don't know, don't guess. Find someone in the company who knows. Why would any of us on the board know which address to use?

PS: Somebody always does HR. Maybe not dedicated but it doesn't happen by itself.
