Will it be rejected for my PR??

Hi guys,

I'm holding S-pass and worked in SG around 1.3 year. I and my gf who is SC just got married last year.
Then I submitted my PR application since last November (4 months ago), but the 1st applicant that I put under my name instead use Spouse of a Singapore citizen (SC).

My questions:
1) will be rejected because I put under my name instead?
2) will ICA contact me for clarifaction of the applicant?
3) How long I can re-apply if my application be rejected?
