Yes finally got mine approved !!!
They have updated their website saying due to large number of applications , the processing time might be upto 20 working days.

So continue sending them reminder mails and wait.. I guess that's the only way..

A different question but its related to the HPB. My daughter is 2.5yrs old and we are based in Mumbai. We are following the Indian Immunization Calendar. However to apply for verification of vaccination at HPB we need to follow the Singapore Immunization Calendar. Thus, I am not sure how do I go about my daughter's HPB Application.

Hi,
Im too from india.Yes u have to follow singapore immunisation calender. But Both calenders are similar from my point of view. So fill up the vaccination done date & name on the form as per indian records. If ur not sure how to fillup. download the sample application form from HPB website available. (Sample aplication form really vry usefull).

Thank you.

Took almost 2 weeks to the day when we did this about a year ago, old post but hopefully this data point helps someone, there's a small window between 12 months old and 18 months old where the UK/EU vaccination schedule overlaps with the SG one, then it doesn't until 2 or 3 IIRC, so carefully check this or discuss with your local doctor to get it vaccinated or HPB wont' issue - it was a bit of a pain for us
