Post by Elington » Thu, 14 Mar 2019 12:24 pm

Hi all,

Would like to check if there are any one with experience that while working with a company on EP, that during your free time that you're doing any form of freelancing (e.g. photography / art)

If so, here's some additional queries:
1. Will it be possible to register a business?
2. Is issuing invoices allowable?
3. Any other advice or concerns to be addressed

Thank you and I hope to hear from yalls soon!

You cannot work for any other company, including your own, while on EP issued to another company.

You cannot work as a free lancer, for money, without having a legal entity, ie, a company or business.

You need a legal entity to issue invoices.

You can register a private limited and be its shareholder but you cannot be its director or work for it. You cannot form a sole proprietorship.
