No idea what the limits are but the fiancee got it when she was 29. For a woman entering SQ think that's kinda late... guess there are exceptions.

From what I understand, they are a lot more willing to hire older men than they are women because they assume that women would like to settle down and start families so they prefer to hire younger to maximize their investment in terms of training costs and equipment.
