How do you'll find Decathlon Hiking brand?

I'm planning a trip down to Mt Rinjani? What do you'll think about the hiking brand in Decathlon?
Quality? Value for money?

they have decent stuff but I did not like their shoe collection. but good enough for jackets and other gear.

What about the shoes that you didn’t like? i was looking at their hiking boots it’s a 120dollar one, not sure if I should get it or get one from Solomon

No idea about Decathalon hiking boots but I like Decathalon for other things.
A few years ago I got hiking boots at Peninsular Plaza (or shopping center - beside the excelsior) B1 at a good price, about half what the school was suggesting from the Ang Moh focussed stores.

i like decathalon jackets and equipment.
bought snorkeling, pool, equipment for kids and myself.
quality is good.

just came back from maldives! pleased with the decathalon snorkeling fins and masks.
they work well despite the lower price tag.
i was worried that they will be bad because its cheaper lol
