Thanks a lot for the reply, My shifting date is coming closer. But i still haven't been able to figure out if 96000 SD annually is a good enough amount for a family of four(one school going kid). What kind of rents on Balestier for 2 Bedroom apt. or anywhere near Kim Keat Road.

Hi we are north Indian Family here.
We stay in a 4 room house. We want to give our master bedroom or the common room for rental. A prefer a couple or a single person.
