Hi,
I am currently working in India and earn Rs 11 Million here( SGD 211K). I have been offered a position in Singapore and hence wanted to know what would be the ideal salary assuming I am able to maintain the same lifestyle.
As of now I save 25% of my monthly salary in India as savings and investments.
request help

We don't know what kind of lifestyle you lead in India so it's a bit hard. I know people who live like they earn 250K/pa but only make 150K/pa. I know others who make 250K/pa but live like they make 100k/pa and save the rest. So without knowing more ........

Thanks sundaymorningstaple for your comment. Just to elaborate with SGD 189k Salary in India, I come under upper middle class in India. I able to still save 20% of this salary as my savings. Given this information will you be able to help?

300k is a upper middle class close to upper 10% salary here IMO. It's not a 1% salary (that's 3,000k) but it's good. Rental is your largest expense (and maybe schooling for kids).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
