Job Switching While PR application still PENDING

Hi,

I am 25 y/o, Malaysian Chinese female. Working as a video producer, $3k /month
I intend to switch my job but my PR application still PENDING.

Not sure it will be affected my PR application if I change my job.
I just joined the company less than 1 year before I apply for PR.

Date of onboard: 12/6/18
date of PR application: 2/11/18

The current company I working with is a listed movie company in SG.
Should I drag for the next 3 months give it a try? I really hope can get my PR to approve ASAP or I can just change my career.
